Favourable location with free parking next to the hotel. Superfriendly, amicable people working here. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

the hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful. the room i got was well furnished and good sized with a large comfortable bed, wifi plus snacks. the location was peaceful, close to interesting walkable sights! moreover, it's close enough to historical center and the airport.

Good business hotel. Rich breakfast buffet. Parking in secured underground car park optimal.

Air conditioning not in order (does not cool); high temperature in the room could only be lowered at night by opening the window (to the street).

The breakfast here includes ham, tomatoes, and fruit, and the location is centrally located near a large public park.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, as far as they spoke English. The rooms were cleaned early and good.

Breakfast selection was too low. There were no fried eggs, there was no cook available for the preparation of fried eggs; the boiled eggs were cold and hard. More fruit and cereal selection should be available. The service staff (in the breakfast room as well as reception) spoke only Spanish (English knowledge would be good).

The setting was very convenient, close to a supermarket, bus station, tourist office, and various government buildings. the staff members were super friendly and exceptionally nice. the room was quiet and had a large comfortable bed, snacks, and everything I needed.

Personnel was helpful and kind. Bathroom had big shower. Parking had direct access to hotel and not too expensive. Supermarket just under the hotel for last minutes shopping. Convenient location for Madrid early flight (30/40 min) not far from highway but walking distance from city centre of Guadalajara.

Bed was small and uncomfortable. Restaurant was unpleasant, not inviting.

Breakfast buffet is good and the location was praktsich for our purpose (sports hall in walking distance). Also, there were enough fine restaurants in the area and in the same building is on the ground floor a large supermarket! By taxi, you can quickly reach Madrid airport (journey takes about 30-45 minutes and costs about EUR 70-80). Staff in the hotel friendly. Rooms were practically furnished and clean.

The hotel had great amenities, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping. The restaurant served delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff went above and beyond by preparing a tray of breakfast items for us to take on the go, at a discounted rate. The hotel also had a fitness studio, a TV room, and free Wi-Fi. The overall experience was excellent, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Every thing was excellent

The location was fantastic, with easy access to supermarkets, parking, and tourist information. The room was spacious and clean, with a private terrace. The staff, especially Alexandra at the reception, were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance to the center and main attractions. it was a wonderful experience in this small but charming city.

Would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities, easy access from motorway, good breakfast, reasonably priced, nice food in restaurant.

There was nothing I didn't like.
